Netskope Client – Installation/Configuration

Windows

  • Download the client installer version for your device;

Download ZTNA Client for Windows

  1. Run the file to install and configure the agent.
  2. Select the desired modules. If you need to use the Tramontina System (SIT), select both options. Otherwise, leave only the first option selected and click Next.
  3. Please click install and then in Finish.
  4. After installation, you will need to log in with your email or IT-provided account. Log in using your domain username and password (the same one used for your current email or VPN, including @tramontina.com in the username). After authentication, the window can be closed. Authentication will be requested every 7 days.
  5. After installation, you must restart your computer for the agent to adjust the connection.


If authentication fails, contact IT to verify the issue.

 

Information about ZTNA services

  • The agent is active in the system tray, in the lower right corner, next to the volume icon;

  • By right-clicking on the agent icon, you can access the agent actions menu.

 

  1. ZTNA services status,
    • The green icon with the check mark indicates that the service is working correctly;
    • The gray, faded icon indicates that the service is inactive. To activate it, select option 2 and click “Enable Private Access”;
    • The red icon with an X indicates an error with the agent/service. In this case, contact IT;
    • Displays the remaining time until the next authentication.
  2. Allows you to activate/deactivate the services listed in option 1, but only if it is necessary to deactivate them manually (the service is automatically deactivated within the Tramontina network);
  3. Opens the screen to re-authenticate the agent, and the authentication time will be reset;
  4. Displays the window with the agent configuration information;

 

  • When you click configuration, a configuration window provides technical details about the agent and its connections.
  • The last option (Configuration is up-to-date) shows whether the settings are up-to-date. If necessary, click “Update” that will appear in this location to update them.
