- Add the user to the Active Directory (AD) group corresponding to ZTNA.
Evaluate which ZTNA groups are needed before performing the inclusion. - Request the central office to send the invitation.
Contact the center to request that the access invitation be sent. - Access email on your device.
Check the email received on your device for the invitation. - Follow the step by step instructions in the attached video.

If it fails, contact IT to verify the problem.
Follow the step by step shown in the video:
- Open the email on your device.
- Click the “iOS Profile” link in the body of the email.
- Click “Continue”.
- Click “Allow”.
- Once in Settings, click on “Profile Downloaded” or go to General > VPN & Device Management > Select the Netskope profile.
- Click on “Install”.
- Click on “Install”.
- Click “Done”.
- Go to Settings > General > About > Trusted Certificates and turn on “certadmin”.
- Open the email on the device
- Click the “iOS Client” link in the body of the email.
- Click on “Install”.
- Download the Netskope Client.
- Click on “Download iOS Configurations”.
- Click “Allow”.
- Click “Allow.
Click “OK” to complete the installation.
How to Disable Private Access Connection:

- Settings -> General -> VPN and Device Management -> VPN.
- Find it Netskope Client and tap the icon information (i) next to
- Disable “Connect on Demand” option.
- Return to the previous menu by tapping “VPN” in the top left of the screen. Then change the “VPN Status” to “Connected”.

- Wait a few seconds for the connection to be established. A VPN icon may appear in the top right corner of your iPhone, indicating that the connection has been established. Private Access is now enabled. Review Step 2 and check if the “Connect on Demand” option is still disabled.

- With this configuration, the user will be able to disable and enable Private Access directly in Settings, as per Step 4, or even through the drop-down menu (image below), offering greater convenience.
IMPORTANT: The process of disabling the “Connect on Demand” option only needs to be done once. However, if the user opens the Netskope Client on the iPhone, they will need to repeat the above steps, as the Client resets this option, leaving it enabled again.
